User License Agreement
Minka Lighting, LLC provides this web-site for informational purposes to be used exclusively by its customers. ACCESS IS LIMITED TO THOSE WHO HAVE RECEIVED AN ADMINISTRATOR USER ID AND PASSWORD PROVIDED BY MINKA. THE PASSWORD SHOULD NOT BE GIVEN TO UNAUTHORIZED PERSONNEL. MINKA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DELETE A USER’S ACCESS IF IT FINDS THAT THIS PASSWORD HAS BEEN MISUSED.
The security administration’s “authorized dealer portal” section, is restricted to designated Minka Lighting, LLC customers and sales representative agencies. Each customer or sales representative agency will have a designated administrator. This user is granted access via an ADMINISTRATOR user id and password. THE ADMINISTRATOR AGREES TO NOT RELEASE THIS PASSWORD TO OTHERS. The administrator has the ability to set up additional users with their own passwords. Minka Lighting, LLC assumes no liability for improper use of an administrator’s password. In addition, Minka assumes no liability for improper use of a password by the customer, the customer’s employees or its designees.
Minka Lighting, LLC WILL DO ITS BEST TO PROVIDE ACCURATE DATA. HOWEVER, IF THERE ARE ANY DISCREPANCIES, THE DATA IN MINKA LIGHTING, LLC’S LEGACY SYSTEM SHALL BE DEEMED ACCURATE.

Logging in via username will grant you the same permissions as the target user. Administrators may restrict access to online payments.
Logging in via customer # will grant you access to all pages except Users (regardless of the customer’s user permissions). You will also not be able to make any online payments.
Export Aging
This will export an aging summary for each customer in the selected division in XLS format.
